The first month of our caistor project seemed to go by in a flash, but so much progress was made!

we set out With the same endeavour to make effective & positive progress in the second month:

✅ we had 75m3 Readymix Concrete pumped and levelled - thanks to Breedons & MAP pumping
✅ then we laid 1250 footing blocks.
✅ and 120 tonne topsoil was levelled in the rear gardens so it was ready to be rotavated then turfed at later date.

Whilst waiting for our block and beam flooring to arrive, we:

✅ got the brickwork up to DPC ready for underfloor ventilation
✅ Installed Foul drainage systems to both plots
✅ Dug trenches, installed ducts and pipework ready for Gas/Electric/Water/Communication services

Our marketing hoardings went up at our Caistor Site this week! CHeck out our video of them being erected at the front of our site. It’s looking amazing & definitely showing promise of what is to come!
