4 HIGHLIGHTS Of the new K&T OFFICE
After many months of using site cabins and home offices as the base for the Kemp & Townsend team, we are over the moon to be moving into our beautiful office space at Hesslewood Business Centre.
Now we have the keys the waiting has been worth it!
Our sales, marketing, design, and admin team now have the perfect base to achieve our goals for growth, implement our upcoming exciting projects and dream up great design ideas for our future homes.
Most importantly we now have the perfect place for clients and potential homeowners to come and enjoy the personalised Kemp & Townsend experience.

1. SAMPLE THIS
We think there’s nothing better than seeing samples of what you could have in your beautiful new home all in one place.
For kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and more we will have luxury samples of things like worktops, tiles, flooring, handles, paint samples and more.
One of our main decisions when designing our office space was to make sure we had plenty of storage for the choice of samples. Our large glass cabinets give us ample room to hold brochures for appliances, paint colours, fitted cupboard doors and more too!
2. CREATIVE SPACE
AT The heart of the office is our gorgeous feature fireplace. In front of this we have our large dining table ready and waiting for exciting creative meetings with clients, suppliers, and the team. This gives us opportunity to lay out architect plans, room designs and Landscape details to really get the conversation and creative ideas flowing.
Above the fireplace is our large TV where we will be sharing design renders, images & product ideas with future homeowners to really get the imagination up & running.
3. LET’S SHARE
With the tall ceilings complete with gold chandeliers and large windows the office feels expansive, especially with the natural light flooding in during the day.
Our Director, Danny, Business Executive, Laura and Design & Marketing Manager, Kim each have their own spacious area to work. But on those days when collaboration is needed they can still share ideas, communicate and support each other’s roles easily.
4. NATURE AROUND US
Inside and out, we are surrounded by nature. Hesslewood Hall sits in a stunning back drop of mature trees rolling greenery and there’s even a muster of glamorous peacocks roaming throughout the car parks.
We’ve brought the nature inside the office too with plenty living plants too uplift the space and provide the many mental and physical health benefits that they bring! They are an integral part of the team.
