We then give scope to future homeowners to add your own touches & personalisation, inviting you to be involved in decision-making on interior elements along with exterior landscaping choices & features. Every new home will benefit from being architect-designed and have its own individual aspects & elements. Our in-house interior designer, will provide initial representations & visuals for interior layouts, but from there we will work with you to create spaces that suit individual desires.

At Kemp & Townsend Ltd, our vision & promise is to create wonderful new homes that can also be tailored as much possible to each of our clients. This isn't without its headaches - choices & selections are not always straight forward. So with this in mind, we will guide you with our knowledge & experience as much as possible. We can arrange for joint visits to our supply partners to view showrooms or for consultations - if there's something we can assist with, we always will.

We will also be as open as possible. Regular site visits will be accommodated safely, alongside regular progress updates sent directly to clients, providing peace of mind & to enhance the experience of buying a Kemp & Townsend Ltd home.

Following a completed purchase of a Kemp & Townsend Ltd home, we will provide a introductory tour of your new home to guide you through all of the features & benefits provided. We'll also check in with you regularly in the first year to make sure everything is running smoothly & is as it should be.

But, it doesn't end there - with every Kemp & Townsend Ltd home we provide a 10-year structural warranty with our provider build-zone, which includes a 2-year developer warranty. If there are any problems, issues or even just questions with your new home -get in touch & we'll treat any request with the utmost urgency.
