Caistor: Month Three

We've had another great month on our Caistor site, with so much progress to be seen!

✅ We got both Plots up to DPC with Underfloor Ventilation

✅ Our Concrete Block & Beam Floor was installed

✅ The foul drainage systems were installed, tested and passed

✅ Steel columns and beams arrived and were installed

✅ Our snazzy marketing/CGI boards were delivered & fitted to our on-site hoardings

✅ We had our DPC Inspections by Building Control and Warranty passed!

✅ Our bricklayers have done a fantastic job getting the brickwork & blockwork to Plot 2 up to the first scaffold lift

✅ And the brickwork & blockwork to Plot 1 is progressing very nicely

✅ Selling Agents instructed - Plots will be available for sale very, very soon!

✅ Website Completed & ready for launch!
